Salesperson

• Sell Tractors, Lawnmowers, Implements, and Tractor Packages to customers, as well as oversee the assembly and/or delivery of sold product up to and including personal delivery.
• Provide good and helpful information to customers about all vehicles and equipment sold on our sales lot.
• Inform customers about specials and financing options.
• Contact webleads generated on our website, as well as keep track of contacted online customers.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assess the value of used tractors, as well as conducting tractor trade ins.
• Work trade-ins through an approved wholesaler.

Master Service Technician

Specifics: MUST SUBMIT FULL RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION

Pay: $52,000-$90,000 Annually

Department: Service

Reports to: Service Manager or Location Manager

Supervises: Service Technicians

Purpose: Independently performs complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment.

May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager or Shop Foreman.

Responsibilities:

• Performs complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Mahindra Tractors
• Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
• Performs diagnosis and repair in the field as required
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians
• Conducts or supports customer clinics
• Maintains current knowledge of Mahindra Tractors, Bad Boy Mowers, Spartan Mowers, Bush Hog Equipment, and competitive products
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
• Accounts for all time and all material used in performing assigned duties

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• 1+ years experience performing service repairs
• Has their own tools
• Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures on machines of the Technician's specialty
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment
• Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Ability to use Mitchell and basic computer functions - Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
• Master Service Technician certification preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and forklift license preferred
